Portal - Solicitante helpdesk (correção)

Quando os atendentes do helpdesk abrem uma solicitação para o usuário, eles informam o setor e o nome do mesmo no formulário, porém na visualização da solicitação aparece o nome do atendente como solicitante. Deveria aparecer o nome do usuário.
